Endurance Work

  • 30 minutes on the clock-Run as much distance as possible
  • 3 minute break
  • 30 minutes on the clock-Pack Hike as much distance as possible-40lbs men/30lbs women

Stretching/Mobility

-Single Leg glute roll-60 sec each

-Single quad roll-60 sec each

-Shin rolls-60 sec

-Single IT band Rolls-60 sec each

-Lower back roll-60 sec

-Upper back roll-60 sec
