15 Minute Workout 2: Legs/Chest/Core

I hope you enjoyed the first 15 minute workout challenge we posted last Monday! Here is a second one for you to hit this week, anywhere! The gym, home or hotel room! Throw 15 minutes on the clock and get through as many rounds as possible! Remember, don’t sacrifice form for speed!

  • -10 reverse lunges each leg
  • -10 push-ups
  • -10 full sit-ups
