Run2Gun Weekly Workout 2/8/17

Hey everyone!! Here is a fast paced workout for you to try, this was a workout Austin and I did preparing for season 4 hunts!  This workout also aired on episode1 of season4!!  Here are the reps and sets! give it a try!

Dynamic Warm up-(see here for example)

Routine in a circuit:

-Squat to Press-4 sets of 5 reps—We used 135lbs

-Single Arm DB rows-4 sets of 8 reps each arm—We used 80b DB

-Walking barbell lunges-4 sets of 10 each leg—We used 135lbs

-Skier-30 seconds HARD AS POSSIBLE

-Reverse DB fly’s(not shown in video-4 sets of 12 reps—We used 15b DB’s
