Run2Gun Recipe’s Vol.2-Elk Steaks & Vegetable Fried Rice

Here is another GREAT recipe for you to enjoy!  Of course we used the wild game we harvest during the season, but if you don’t have elk, deer or other venison, you can still substitute with grade A beef steaks!

THE RECIPE!

-4 steaks marinated in 1 TB sesame oil & 2 TB teriyaki sauce (marinate minimum 1 hour) Sear steaks in sauté pan-then bake in oven at 350* for 10 minutes

In sauté pan heat up oils and throw in onion to cook for 5 minutes and add garlic the last minute, then add mixed vegetables and coleslaw mix for another 5 minutes. Add brown rice and soy sauce and cook all together for another 5 minutes. Add Sriracha and lime juice at the end and finish with steak and cilantro on top!

-1 TB olive oil

-1 TB sesame oil

-1 TB garlic

-1/2 diced onion

-1 cup mixed vegetables

-2 cups coleslaw mix

-4 Cups cooked brown rice-1/2 cup soy sauce

-1 TB Sriracha sauce
