Monday Minute “Fists High & Bloody”

Hey Everyone!

Talk about a HOT weekend here in South Dakota! I hope you all got to spend some time in the great outdoors!

i had the opportunity to grab lunch with a friend and fellow business owner this week. The 1 hour spent with him lead to several hours of deeper thinking and some beautiful inspiration. Here is what went down:

Meeting with like minded people is something we should be doing on a weekly basis, shoot, maybe even daily. I was lucky enough to share what was going on with my business, the goods, the bad, the struggles. While also being able to hear about what my friends business was going through. He shared with me his ups and downs, how they were strategizing to get past set backs and let downs. With the let downs he shared all the amazing opportunities that had arrived once one door closed. Due to hard work and a continuation of faith in his journey new and potentially greater doors were opening!

I was so inspired listening to the daily grind him and his business partners were going through! I felt like I wasn’t alone. I often tell people you have to be willing to hear 1000 “No’s” to receive 1 “Yes” That 1 yes is the break that could push your efforts over the edge, it could define your business and take you closer to your dreams. In the midsts of all the No’s is when self doubt will start creeping in, you will feel like quitting, you will be ultimately discouraged…

Keep fighting, keep to the path and fight for the “Yes” When you hit that it you will understand it is all worth the battle. I will tell you how you will feel. You will feel like Rocky, He trained and trained, got beat up, hit, hit again, knocked down, get back up, knocked down again, knocked down again even harder, but when you get that “Yes” is when you land that Knock Out Punch, when you get that “Yes” is when your reach the top of the stairs at the Philadelphia Museum of Art with your Fists High and Bloody. Remember that feeling! It is what will keep you grinding during the next 1000 “No’s” Those No’s won’t matter anymore, because your fist will be held high in confidence, fighting for the next YES.

Get after it this week, throw some punches and get to the top of the stairs, just like Rocky!

Best,

Jordan

Deuteronomy 20:4
For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
