MONDAY MINUTE “Avoiding The Rut Part 2”

Good morning everyone!

I hope you all had a great mothers day weekend! A couple weeks ago we started a short series over being in routines and falling into ruts. Last week we covered tip number one to keep ourselves out of falling into a rut, and that was “Challenge yourself daily.”

The second tip is “Does your routine involving giving?” Giving is awesome, because there are so many ways to give! Giving yourself and your time is the most valuable way to give. You may be thinking, “why am I suppose to give, and what good will it make?”

Giving will help you grow as an individual, it will open your mind and your heart to others. You will start trying to find ways to help add value to everyone around you. Your mindset will change from “What can they do for me” to, “What can I do for them.” So what good does that make? Leading by example is always step number one to change, it will make a lot of good!

This week I challenge you to give something of yourself everyday, even if it only takes 1 minutes. Do that everyday this week, it will challenge you, and it will cause positive change.

Have an awesome week!

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
